Terminating employees is never pleasant. If your organization sees a responsibility to assist those you can no longer employ, I applaud you and offer some concrete services. Having transitioned from the corporate world of human resource management (Pfizer, Inc.) to become a private practicing career counselor and resume writer, I understand both sides of an outplacement situation.

Offering individualized, one-on-one services as well as group workshops of one or two days duration, here are the outcomes you can expect from my interventions:
